All of the Partners at Morley Brown & Co Solicitors were born in Boston as are the majority of our staff. We are your local, independent solicitors offering an approach that is both sympathetic and competitive for the people of Boston.

C Richard Morley B.A. (Partner) – Personal injury

rmorleyRichard Morley is a Partner within the Personal Injury Department. He also deals with conveyancing and probate work and represents clients in all manner of landlord and tenant matters, including the preparation of tenancy agreements and where necessary, repossessions.

Richard is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, and is committed to obtaining the best possible result for his clients. Richard has acted for many clients on a No Win – No Fee basis over the years and will be delighted to discuss potential claims with clients on a completely without obligation basis.

Richard is also the Staffing Partner and encourages staff to further their own skills. Richard speaks basic French.

Laurence Brown (Partner) – Residential Conveyancing Department

Laurence BrownLaurence Brown is a Partner in the firm and heads the Residential Conveyancing Department. Apart from the sale and purchase of residential properties Laurence also undertakes commercial work involving the purchase and sale of businesses, public houses, shops, offices and factories.

Laurence has over 25 years experience of handling property matters and is also the Partner responsible within the firm for finances, professional training and information technology.

Laurence is a twice published author. He speaks basic French and Italian.

Paul Howden (Partner) – Commercial Property and Wills and Probate

Paul Howden - Wills & Probate, Commercial PropertyPaul Howden is the Partner who heads the Commercial Property and Wills and Probate Departments. He is the Supervisor for these Departments and has vast experience of both Commercial transactions and Probate, Trusts and Wills.

Paul is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Linda is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and deals with all aspects of Family work including Divorce, Financial Relief and Separation Agreements.

Vickie Moody - Wills & Estate Administration

Vickie is an Associate Member of the Institute of Legal Executives and having recently passed her final examinations will shortly be admitted as a Fellow of the Institute. Vickie handles the preparation of Wills, the administration of estates and Court of Protection and Public Guardianship work.
